تصور مقترح لتطوير الاستثمار والإنتاج الزراعي اليمني المستدام في ضوء تقييم الواقع والتجارب العالمية الحديثة

الملخّص: هدف البحث إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير الاستثمار والإنتاج الزراعيّ المستدام، مبني في ضوء تقييم الواقع والتجارب العالميّة الحديثة في المجال البيئيّ الزراعيّ، وقد اتّبع البحث المنهج الوصفيّ التحليليّ، كما تمّ بناء قائمة لتحديد مستوى الاستثمار والإنتاج الزّراعيّ المحلّي، طُبِّقت على عيّنة عشوائيّة بعدد (100) فرد من المجتمع المَحَلّي بمديريّة النادرة، وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها تمّ التوصّل إلى النتائج الآتية:

حقّقت النتائج في محور الوعي المجتمعيّ بالبيئة الزراعيّة مستوى عالياً، وكانت النتائج بمستوى متوسط في المحاور (كفاءة الاستخدام المستدام للموارد، ورفع مستوى الأمن الغذائيّ، ورفع القدرة التنافسيّة في الأسواق المحليّة والإقليميّة، وتشجيع الاستثمار الزراعيّ وحمايته وتطويره)، بينما كانت النتائج بمستوى ضعيف في محوري (تطوير الإنتاج الزراعيّ، وتحسين مستوى السّكّان). وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تمّ بناء التصوّر المقترح كخُطّة مستقبليّة لتطوير الاستثمار والإنتاج الزراعيّ اليمنيّ. وقد أوصى البحث بتطبيق التصوّر والعمل به في البيئة الزراعيّة اليمنيّة، مواكبة للتوجّهات العالميّة المتقدّمة اقتصاديّاً.

A Proposed Conception for Developing the Yemeni Sustainable Agricultural Investment and Production Based on Evaluating the Current Situation and Modern Global Experiences

Abstract:

The research aimed at presenting a proposed conception for developing the sustainable agricultural investment and production based on evaluating the current situation and modern global experiences in the agricultural environmental field. The descriptive analytical approach was followed. A list was built to determine the level of local agricultural investment and production, which was applied to a random sample of (100) individuals from the local community at Al-Nadira District, Ibb Governorate. After collecting and analyzing data, the following results were reached:

The results were strong in the axis of community awareness of the agricultural environment. The results were at a medium level in the axes (the efficiency of sustainable use of resources, raising the level of food security, raising competitiveness in local and regional markets, and encouraging, protecting and developing agricultural investment). The results were at a weak level in the two axis (The development of agricultural production, and improving the level of the population) In light of the results, the proposed conception was built as a future plan for the development of Yemeni agricultural investment and production. The researcher recommended applying the conception and working with it in the Yemeni agricultural environment to catch up with the economically advanced global trends.
