الرقمنة وانعكاساتها على جودة العملية التعليمية في الجامعات اليمنية – دراسة تطبيقية على جامعة صعدة

الملخّص:

يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق الرقمنة وانعكاساتها على جودة العملية التعليمية، وتقديم تصور مقترح لتطبيق الرقمنة كآلية لضمان جودة العملية التعليمية في جامعة صعدة، خلال العام 2022/2023م، استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وكذا أسلوب دلفاي (Delphi) للتحقق من مدى صلاحية تطبيق التصور، وتم بناء استبانة تكونت من (48) فقرة توزعت على محورين هما: واقع تطبيق الرقمنة في العملية التعليمية في جامعة صعدة، وانعكاسات الرقمنة على جودة العملية التعليمية، خضعت للتحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بلغ عددهم (80) عضواً، وكان من أبرز نتائج البحث: حصل واقع تطبيق الرقمنة في العملية التعليمية على متوسط حسابي بلغ (2.50)، ونسبة مئوية بلغت (50%)، وهو يقابل التقدير بدرجة ضعيفة، وحصل محور انعكاسات الرقمنة على جودة العملية التعليمية على متوسط حسابي بلغ (4.28)، ونسبة مئوية بلغت (86%)، وهو يقابل التقدير بدرجة مرتفعة جداً. وخلص البحث إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتطبيق الرقمنة كآلية لضمان جودة العملية التعليمية في جامعة صعدة، تضمّن ثلاثة محاور، هي: المدخلات والمتطلبات، والأنشطة، وأبعاد جودة العملية التعليمية، كما تضمّن كل محور عدة مقترحات إجرائية لتطبيق الرقمنة في العملية التعليمية.

Digitization and Its Implications for The Quality of the Educational Process in Yemeni Universities: An Applied Study on Sa’adah University

Abstract:

The aim of This research is to identify the reality of the application of digitization and its implications for the quality of the educational process, and to provide a proposed vision for the application of digitization as a mechanism to ensure the quality of the educational process at the University of Sa’adah, in year 2022/ 2023, the descriptive survey method was used, as well as Delphi style; in order to verification of the proposed vision, a questionnaire was built consisting of (48) items distributed on two axes; application of digitization in the educational process at Sa’adah University, and implications of digitization in the quality educational process, which were subject to verification of its validity and reliability.

The questionnaire was applied to a simple random sample of (80) faculty members. One of the most prominent results of the research was: The reality of applying digitization in the educational process got an arithmetic mean of (2.50) and a percentage of (50%), which corresponds to a weak estimate. The axis of the reflections of digitization on the quality of the educational process obtained an arithmetic mean of (4.28), and a percentage of (86%), which corresponds to a very high estimate. The research concluded by presenting a proposed vision for the application of digitization as a mechanism to ensure the quality of the educational process at Sa’adah University, which included three axes: inputs and requirements, activities, and dimensions of the quality of the educational process. Each axis also included several procedural proposals for applying digitization in the educational process.
