(دراسة اقتصاديّة لحالة مديريتي جهران وعنس خلال الفترة: 2020-2021م)

الملخّص:
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة وتحليل العوامل المؤثرة على إنتاج وتسويق محصول البطاطس في محافظة ذمار، في منطقتي جهران وعنس خلال الفترة 2020-2021م. حيث يعدّ محصول البطاطس من المحاصيل الخضريّة الهامّة في اليمن، ويساهم في زيادة الدخل للمزارعين، كما يوفر فرص عمل للسكان الريفيين وتحسين العائد الاقتصادي للمنتجين، وهو من أهمّ المحاصيل الزراعيّة التي تشتهر بإنتاجها منطقة البحث.
ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تمّ اختيار عيّنة عشوائيّة غرضيّة من مزارعي محصول البطاطس في منطقتي جهران وعنس، بعدد 126 مزارعاً، وتم تصميم استبانة وتعبئتها من خلال المقابلة الشخصيّة للمزارعين. تمّ تفريغ البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائيّ (SPSS). وقد بيّنت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي عدداً من النتائج، من أهمّها: ارتفاع تكاليف إنتاج محصول البطاطس، وتذبذب الأسعار، وتحكم السماسرة والوسطاء، وارتفاع نسبة العمولة، وارتفاع تكاليف النقل بالنسبة لمحصول البطاطس.

The Problems of Production and Marketing of Potatoes Crop in Dhamar Province
Economical Study for Both Jahran & Anse Districts During the period: (2020-2021)

Abstract:
This research is aiming to study and analyze the most effecting factors on pro-duction marketing of potatoes crop in Dhamar province in districts of Jahran & Anse for years of 2020-2021. The potatoes crop is considered one of the most im-portant vegetables crops in Yemen it con-tributes in increasing income for potatoes grown farmers and provides job opportuni-ties for the rural populations and improve the economical return for its productions furthermore, both districts of Jahran & Anse the investigated sample, are famous by producing potatoes crop. To realize the objected of this research randomly sample has been selected from the farmer potatoes grown crop farm both investigated dis-tricts Jahran & Anse for amount of 12b farmers, then questionnaire form has been designed and filled by personal interview with selected investigated farmers. The collected data have statically analyzed by using (SPSS) program.
Many results have been found the most important of which: high costs of po-tatoes production, flu actuation of prices, Brokers control, percentage of marketing commission and High costs of transported of potatoes products.
