المشاركة المجتمعية ودورها في إدارة الأزمات والكوارث دراسة تطبيقية

ملخص الدراسة:

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تطبيق المشاركة المجتمعية وأثرها في تخفيف الأزمات والكوارث في المجتمع المحلي، مع التطبيق على مؤسسة بنيان بوصفها أنموذجاً، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأداة البحث الاستبانة، وتم توزيع (107) استمارات استبانة بنسبة رد (98.1%)، توزعت على أفراد العينة الذين كان أغلبهم من الذكور بواقع (75) فرداً، وتكونت العينة من مختلف الفئات العمرية بنسب معقولة، وشملت التخصصات الإدارية محل الدراسة بشكل كامل، كما مثلت العينة المؤهلات المختلفة. واُستخدمت مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية المتنوعة، مثل التوزيعات التكرارية والعددية والنسبية والمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري وتحليل التباين الأحادي والاختبارات وذلك باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS في إدخال البيانات ومعالجتها. ومن أهم الاستنتاجات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة:

– وجود علاقة إيجابية بين المشاركة المجتمعية مع إدارة الأزمات والكوارث، كانت في أعلاها مع المشاركة في الاستشارات بنسبة 75.1%.

– تفسر المشاركة المجتمعية 50.9% من الآثار على الأزمات والكوارث في المجتمع المحلي، مما يدلل على أن المشاركة المجتمعية كعنصر واحد في منظومة العمل لتخفيف آثار الأزمات والكوارث يسهم بنصف الأهمية مع بقية العناصر الأخرى التي يمكن أن تحدث أثراً على الأزمات والكوارث.

وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدمت الدراسة عددًا من التوصيات المرتبطة بالمشاركة المجتمعية وإدارة الأزمات.

Community Participation and Its Role in Managing Crises

and Disasters

An applied study (Bunyan Development Foundation as a model)

Abstract: The study aimed to identify the extent of the application of community participation and its impact on alleviating crises and disasters in the local community, with application to the Bonyan Foundation as a model. To achieve this goal, the study used the descriptive analytical approach and the research tool questionnaire, and (107) questionnaire forms were distributed by A response of (98.1%) was distributed among the sample members, most of whom were male (75 individuals). The sample consisted of various age groups in reasonable proportions, and included the administrative specializations under study completely, and the sample also represented the various qualifications. A group of various statistical methods were used, such as frequency, numerical, proportional distributions, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance, and tests, using the statistical analysis program SPSS in entering and processing the data.

Among the most important conclusions reached by the study:

 – There is a positive relationship between community participation with crisis and disaster management, the highest of which was with participation in consultations at 75.1%.

– Community participation explains 50.9% of the effects on crises and disasters in the local community, which indicates that community participation as one element in the work system to mitigate the effects of crises and disasters contributes half as much as the rest of the other elements that can have an impact on crises and disasters. In light of these results, the study presented a number of recommendations related to community participation and crisis management.
