ملخص البحث:

        تكمن أهمية هذا البحث في الحاجة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير حق النقض الفيتو على الأمن والسلم في فلسطين، لاسيما في ظل القرارات التي أقدمت عليها الإدارة الأمريكية للحيلولة دون تنفيذ قرارات منظمة الأمم المتحدة حيال العدوان الصهيوني على الشعب الفلسطيني. ويهدف البحث إلى بيان مفهوم قرار حق النقض الفيتو وطبيعته، والتعرف على آثار قرارات الفيتو الأمريكي على السلم والأمن في فلسطين. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي كونهما من المناهج المناسبة في الدراسات القانونية والإنسانية.

وخلص البحث إلى عدة نتائج، منها: أن الامتياز الممنوح للدول الخمس دائمة العضوية في مجلس الأمن هو امتياز تحكمي وتوزيع جغرافي غير عادل ولا ينسجم مع التشريعات السماوية والأعراف الدولية، وأن حق النقض الأمريكي قد أسهم في تمرد الكيان الصهيوني على القوانين الدولية منتهكًا حقوق الإنسان الفلسطيني بشكل لم يشهد له مثيل في التاريخ المعاصر.

Abstract: The importance of this search lies in the need to understand the impact of the veto power on security and peace in Palestine, especially in light of the decisions made by the American administration to prevent the implementation of United Nations resolutions regarding the Zionist aggression against the Palestinian people. The search aims to explain the concept of the veto power and its nature, and understand the effects of American veto decisions on peace and security in Palestine. The search relied on the descriptive analytical method and the historical method as they are suitable methods in legal and humanitarian studies.

The research reached several results, including: that the privilege granted to the five permanent member states of the Security Council is a discretionary privilege and an unfair geographical distribution that does not align with divine laws and international norms.

 The American veto power contributed to the Zionist entity’s rebellion against international laws, violating the rights of the Palestinian people in a way unprecedented in contemporary history.
