دور جامعة صعدة في تحقيق التنمية الزراعيّة المستدامة وسبل تطويرها من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديميّة والإداريّة بالجامعة

الملخص: هدف البحث إلى معرفة دور جامعة صعدة في تحقيق التنمية الزراعية المستدامة وفقاً لدرجة أهميته من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديميّة والإداريّة بالجامعة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اعتمد على المنهج الوصفيّ التحليليّ، واستخدم الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات، حيث تم تطبيقها على عيّنة عشوائيّة طبقيّة للقيادات الأكاديميّة والإداريّة بالجامعة.

وقد توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج أظهرت وبدرجة عالية أهمية الدور المنوط بجامعة صعدة وسبل تطويره في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية الزراعية المستدامة: (البيئيّة، والاجتماعيّة، والتعليميّة، والاقتصاديّة، والتقنية).

وفي ضوء النتائج التي تمّ التوصّل إليها قدم البحث العديد من التوصيات والمقترحات الهادفة إلى تحسين وتطوير دور الجامعة كنموذج للجامعة الزراعية المستدامة، وتبني استراتيجية زراعية مستدامة، وإدخال مفاهيم الاستدامة الزراعية في المقررات الدراسية، وإنشاء مراكز للأبحاث والإرشاد والتدريب الزراعي بالجامعة، وتوجيه البحوث الزراعية باتجاه زيادة الإنتاج والاكتفاء الذاتي.

Role of Sa’adah Uiniversity in Sustainablae Agriclture Development and Ways to Develop It from the Point of View of the Academic and Administrative Leaders of the University

Abstract: The aim of research is to know the role of Sa’adah University of achieving sustainable agricultural development according to the degree of importance from the point of view of academic and administrative leaders of the university. The research reached a number of results that showed a high degree importance of the role entrusted to Sa’adah University and ways to develop it in achieving the dimensions of sustainable agricultural development: (environmental, social, educational, economic, and technical).

In light of the results that were reached, the research presented many recommendations and proposals aimed at improving and developing the university’s role as a model for a sustainable agricultural university, adopting a sustainable agricultural strategy, introducing concepts of agricultural sustainability in academic curricula, establishing centers for agricultural research, extension and training at the university, and directing agricultural research towards increasing production and self-sufficiency.
